Martyn Crocker is musician and songwriter based in Plymouth. He performs solo and as part of The Martyn Crocker Band.

In 2017, Martyn released ‘Favouritism’ to incredible National Reviews and radio play. ‘Favouritism’ includes the singles ‘Abacus’, ‘The Places That We’re From’, ‘Hold Your Hand’ and ‘Wishful Thinking’ – each receiving support from BBC Introducing and garnering amazing national reviews.

With experience performing across the region supporting bands including The Sherlocks, Black Foxxes, This Wild Life, Meadowlark and Tankus The Henge, The Martyn Crocker Band are an exciting and bold live proposition.

Augmented by his band, armed with a Fender Telecaster and the amplifiers turned all the way up, Martyn aims to engage audiences, get toes tapping, heads nodding, voices singing and dancefloors shaking. This is no-nonsense Rock Music - big riffs, exciting, driving rhythms and emotive, individual, passionate vocal melodies to get stuck in your head and to sing along to. The aim is to be the biggest Rock band in town.

In solo acoustic performances, Martyn effortlessly walks the line between melodic vulnerability and intense outpouring with lyrical and performance gusto to be reckoned with.
